I truly cannot express in words how grateful I am for the service I received from Leon, but I’ll give it a try! I had attempted using a different online service prior to finding officialpets.com. The first company I used had stated via a rep at their call center that they would be able to provide verification for the ESA letter with the service, however, despite multiple attempts to verify the therapist never did which rendered my letter useless in my case. Letter Was Approved with No Issues

The entire process was easy and efficient! Leon called me without 2 hours of completing the initial online portion, and then emailed my letter within 5 minutes of our phone call. The Process Was Super Easy
