I truly cannot express in words how grateful I am for the service I received from Leon, but I'll give it a try! I had attempted using a different online service prior to finding officialpets.com. The first company I used had stated via a rep at their call center that they would be able to provide verification for the ESA letter with the service, however, despite multiple attempts to verify the therapist never did which rendered my letter useless in my case. 10000/10!!! SO FAST AND HELPFUL!!!

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Leon was so incredibly kind and helpful!! I spoke with him and had my ESA letter ready within hours and he even went above and beyond helping me fill out the most ridiculous form required by my landlord. I really can't stress enough how fast and efficient this whole process was. Leon you rock!!! me and my kitty Ruto are beyond grateful!!

The process was very simple and they didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of unnecessary things or try to get me on a subscription plan. I paid $20 extra for expedited service and my Dr. took the time to evaluate me after regular business hours so I had a digital copy of my ESA letter in my inbox within a few minutes after the evaluation.

After an online search I decided to go with Official Pets to get my dog confirmed as an ESA dog for my landlord. The doctor called me within the 24 hour period and after answering his questions received his letter of recommendation via email the next day. LETTER WAS APPROVED WITH NO ISSUES

The entire process was easy and efficient! Leon called me without 2 hours of completing the initial online portion, and then emailed my letter within 5 minutes of our phone call. He was incredibly kind and detail-oriented, making sure my letter was sufficient for the screening platform my apartment uses (Petscreening.com). My letter was approved today with no issues!

My experience was 10/10. Moving to a new state and apartment rental this was my first time navigating through ESA and the housing process. The process of applying for an ESA letter was very fast and easy! I got a call from a licensed therapist a few minutes after filling out the form on their website. THE PROCESS WAS SUPER EASY

The process was super easy! I was paired with Liam and he was understanding of my anxiety and tried to help lighten up the mood.
